Swimming and Aquafit
This group enjoys swimming and the company of other members.
Venue: Coleraine Leisure Centre.
Day: Monday (weekly during school term)
Time: 2:30 pm - 3:25 pm.
Swimming (Autumn)
Starts: 9 September 2024 weekly
Ends: 16 December 2024
Swimming and Aquafit run roughly on alternate weeks up until Easter.
After Easter there is only swimming.
Anyone can come to swimming and can pay at reception.
However Aquafit is limited to 25 and must be booked.
Aquafit class details and how to book will be finalised near the time.
Excluding Bank Holidays and School Holidays
U3a members will have 3 options:
1 - Swimming only
2 - Aquafit only (numbers for Aquafit limited to 25 per session)
3 - Swimming and Aquafit

NOTE: Aquafit - will incur an additional charge (payable in advance) as we will employ a qualified Instructor

Tai Chi
Tai chi is a martial art in slow motion focusing on balance, breathing and harmony. Improving balance, coordination, flexibility, relaxing and energising the body are only a few of the benefits.

Group 3 (SEATED)
Seated Tai Chi offers a series
of gentle excercises to maintain and enhance mobility with tutor
Bernie Lafferty.
The class will run in 2 blocks with a potential midsession break to be agreed with the class. Depending on
demand there is the possibility of a continuation class after Easter.
