Link for hybrid meetings

AT the request of members, we may offer our meetings online.

The zoom link for the meetings is:

https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87265830519

The link will be activated at approximately 10:55 am on the date of the meeting.

What we do

Our meetings begin with members sharing their current readings and discoveries in the realm of science. This includes sharing books, journal articles, news articles, and other relevant information from various sources.

A member selects a topic and a short film to illustrate it (films are available on YouTube and at TED talks). We then discuss the film and other short topics of interest. Recent topics have included ‘Where good ideas come from’, ‘The microbiome’, ‘Metal fatigue and its effect on society’, and ‘Vaccinations’.

Following the video, we engage in open dialogue and examination of other pertinent topics and ideas of interest.

Cost of membership
